Follow These Steps
Each QR code identifies one specific machine. Load and close that machine before scanning its QR code.
1Load the laundryKeep everything below the marked maximum fill line+
Place the laundry in the 10 kg washer, 20 kg washer or 20 kg dryer without exceeding the marked maximum fill line.
Do not overload the dryer. It needs airflow and room for the laundry to tumble; an overloaded dryer may not dry correctly.
2Close the doorMake sure it is fully closed+
Close the selected machine’s door firmly before continuing.
3Scan the machine’s QR codeEvery machine has its own unique QR code+
Scan the QR code attached to the machine you loaded. The QR code already identifies that specific machine, so you do not select another machine afterward.
4Select the program or durationChoose the available option online+
Select a wash program or choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes for the dryer. Sixty minutes is recommended for an average load.
Detergent and softener are included automatically with each wash.
5Complete paymentFollow the secure payment steps on your phone+
Review your selection and complete the displayed payment process. You can also pay inside the Pitstop Savër store.
6The identified machine startsOperation begins automatically after payment+
After successful payment, the machine identified by the scanned QR code starts automatically.
The motorhome service access also unlocks automatically once a laundry machine starts.
