Prepare & Select Program
Empty all pockets, place your laundry inside the washing machine and choose your preferred program directly on the machine.

Eco Detergent Included
You do not need to bring detergent. Pitstop machines automatically dose eco-friendly detergent in the correct amount for every wash.

Select Cycle on Controller
On the central controller, select Wash or Dry and choose your machine number. This links your payment to the correct washer or dryer.

Scan & Pay by QR
A QR code appears on the screen. Scan it with your phone and pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay or any bank card in your banking app. Payment is processed on your own device – never on the machine.

Cycle Starts Automatically
As soon as payment is confirmed, the machine starts automatically. A typical wash cycle is about 30 minutes. Drying time depends on the load size and fabric.

For campers, motorhomes and vanlife rigs, select Washing Machine 3 → Water on the controller. Fresh water / rinse flow runs automatically for 20 minutes, while grey and black water can be discharged at the dedicated service point.

Top up your clean water tank. At the controller, select Washing Machine 3 → Water to activate a 20-minute fresh-water cycle for rinsing and refilling. Water is clean but not certified as drinking water.
