Self-Service Laundry – Step by Step
For 9 kg and 20 kg washing machines + 20 kg dryer.

    Load your laundry. Choose the right drum (9 kg or 20 kg) and put your clothes, bedding or towels inside.

    Close the door firmly. Make sure nothing is stuck in the door seal and the drum can rotate freely.
  • 3
    Choose your program on the Pitstop screen. Select the machine number and preferred temperature / program.
  • 4
    Pay securely by card or phone. Follow the instructions on the payment terminal or QR screen to confirm your payment.
  • 5
    Wait for the cycle to finish. You can stay nearby, grab a coffee at the station or refuel your vehicle while washing.
  • 6
    Use the dryer if needed. Move your laundry to the 20 kg dryer and add 10-minute drying blocks until everything is dry.

Detergent is dosed automatically in all Pitstop machines – you do not need to bring your own soap.

    Park at the RV service bay. Follow the on-site signage at Gega Oil Beltojë to the dedicated RV dump and water point.

    Position your grey/black water outlet. Align your motorhome so the outlet is directly above the drain grid or cassette emptying point.

    Pay and activate the service. On the Pitstop payment screen, select “RV Service / Machine #3” and complete your QR or card payment. The RV service tap automatically opens for 20 minutes.

    Rinse and empty your black-water cassette. Use the rinse tap to flush the cassette thoroughly while emptying it into the designated drain. Keep the area clean.
  • 5
    Refill your fresh water tank. After your rinse, use the fresh-water hose to fill your clean water tank. This supply is safe for drinking, cooking and showering.
  • 6
    Finish and leave the bay clean. Remove all hoses, close valves and ensure the station is ready for the next traveler.

Please always use the official Pitstop RV service point — dumping waste water outside designated areas is strictly forbidden in Albania.
